Why I Built MindWork App

I spent years feeling guilty about not exercising ‘enough.’ Then I discovered Dr. Langer’s research and realized: my brain was the problem, not my body.

I was already moving—walking meetings, stairs, standing desks. But because I didn’t label it ‘exercise,’ my brain dismissed it.

MindWork is my attempt to help others escape that trap. You don’t need to add more. You need to see what’s already there.

This is version 1.0. It’s not perfect. But if the idea resonates, I’d love for you to try it and help shape where it goes next.”
